Thanks for the information on health drink but then also i woukld like you to give me training for marathon as i am running for the Standard chartard mumbai marathon since last four years , sir if you can provide me a training for marathon (42 km,

Then I am 100% sure that i will become the marathon runner

Hi,
May I first of all thank God and you for being a source of hope for the hopeless.
Pls, I'll like to be thoroughly enligntened and furnished on diet, health and nutrition tips for preparation towards marathon race which comes up with in 2 weeks.
I will be much grateful if I can get urgent reply to this request.

Thanks Rustom Sir for these words of advice. Please suggest me some sports drinks or gels. Please also let me know if i can meet you personally, please try to give me an appointment. Please also advice me on some good brands of running shoes for Mumbai roads, should i wear anklets and knee supports while running on Mumbai roads.
