what is my career path
by saroj on Apr 08, 2005 05:52 PM  Permalink

Dear sir/madam,

I am working in one of the largest bpo's and also have an MBA degree . I want to know if my post gradation degree is going to help me in any way in a BPO. Ofcouse there are the options of becoming a team-leader but the experience that one gains here is of no consideration.
What is your view regarding this?

Hi,

As mostor all bpos look for people who have good communicational skills. As you said you are a little week in English, ill suggest you to start speaking in English ASAP. Becoz practice makes a man perfect. Joining english speaking courses does not help unless there is an urge in you to actually speak in English. Dont be ashamed if you speak bad english. But at a point of time you might speak good than who taught you English :) So practice practice practice...
