by Vineet Bharadwaj on Oct 14, 2005 02:46 PM  Permalink

DearMam,

Presently I am working for a US based company working in an Engineering domain over in US only. I am an engineer in Production and MBA. I am working as Sr. Marketing Executive, the profile is more like a coordinator who works from 9:00 AM IST till 7:00 PM IST and do all the back end research job and supports the sales of BDMs out in US. I think I am not paid as well as not working to my full capacity due to profile constraints. If I shift to BPO industry what will be the prospects and future carrer growth. Please guide

Hi,

As you said you had 6 months experience in a call center, I think you should stick for atleast 6 - 7 months more then you could look out for another call center who would never let go out an experienced candidate without an opportunity. There are a lot of opportunities but when? If you perform as an executive and get upraised as a team leader or have a lot of experience. :)
