I am an MBA, now I am standing in such a position where there are two ways one is for a BPO and the other one is for an MBA Job as in a core marketing job. I really need your help as to where i have a good career?
I hav around 15 years xperience in Hospital and college sectors . I am an MBA but drawing very less salary. Do i have opportunities for better placement .And how do i go about in India or Australia.

In Pune and Bangalore there are a few KPOs catering to financial services. Just contact the recruitment agencies in these cities or use net to project your CV across. You can also take advantage of Rediff career services.

Hi,
I have also done my MBA amd you dont I am also in a state of where you are right now. All my friends told me the same thing. But if you are confident enough you can start a career in a BPO itself. There are a lot of MBAs working in a BPO. See MBA marketing help you to find jobs with the profile executive, releationship manager at the most. But if you are from a reputed college your story would be different :) In a BPO you will have to start as a executive gain a lot of knowledge and then shift to another BPO but with experience this will give you a profile of a team leader and so on which actually needs the quality of an MBA. And i know you will earn better than most of the student in your Batch.
