No doubt the Hyderabadi biriyani is good, but U missed out the South Indian biriyani which is very much different from the North Indian style of preparation. So i guess its not fair to call the Hyd biriyani 'perfect'.
Hi All, The article has missed my wife's Biryani! Its based on the Lucknowi style blended with the concept of Hyderabadi style. Well ... jokes apart ...Just Eat Biryani ....after all BIRYANI is our best dish to the world?!?
I'm not sure if the author of this article is a foodie herself - and if that is so - cannot by any means be entitled to write about biryani! Her very words - "I see little point in the rice. Why not just have meat and potatoes?" goes to show just how much she knows about cooking and biryani!
The article also goes on to make no sense whatsoever from its title.....one of the reasons why I clicked on it to read further!!
Another type of briyani is being made in South Tamil nadu, called Chettinad . It is different from others and also one of the best. In fact is better than others and unfortunately , many are not aware of it. If you get any chance to try elasewhere , it will be really worth the experience .
