We are into outsourcing of International Call center business.We are getting DOLLARS every week from Abroad for a service rendered to an US company and its coming as Brokerage.Do we have to pay Service Tax and do we get any advantage over Income tax as Govt is earning dollars ?

You pay tax only in one country. If you paid the tax in the country you are staying in, then no need to worry about paying it in India.
