HAI AT ONE TIME I WAS 106 KGS IN THE YEAR 2001 AND THEN I STARTED WORKING IN THE OUTDOORS AND OVER A PERIOD OF 10 YEARS I HAVE BROUGHT DOWN MY WEIGHT TO 67 KGS BUT I LOOK SKINY NOW. I HAVE STOPPED DOING MY JOGGING AND OTHER EXERCISES AS WELL. I FEEL HEALTHY BUT EVERYONE WHO SEES AT ME SAYS I AM WEEK NOW. MY DIET IS NORMAL AND I EAT CHICKEN ONCE A DAY AND HAVE EVEN STOPPED TAKING HARD DRINKS FOR THE PAST ONE WEEK WHICH WAS IN MODERATE QUANTITY. PL SUGGEST ME HOW DO I GAIN WEIGHT SLIGHTLY. MY AGE IS 52 YEARS AND STILL DO SOME MORNING WALK AS WELL.
