I know i am under weight and want to gain weight as fast as possible also would like to inform you that i dont eat Eggs, you are requested to kindly suggest me what should be taken to gain naturally and faster.

You can take weight gaining supplements if u belive that u will eat a lot and will gain weight then it will take another 100 years for u to gain weight . Actually, there is a n organ in our body which will reflect to ur body weight after taking food some one has active some one has weak ur under that category.

what should i consume & in what quantity to increase 4-5 kg as I am 46 year old woman having 40 kg weight,undergoing peri menopausal time.Kindly suggest a diet chart.I am facing problems due to under weight.Thanks & regards
