anyone can help me? I'm very depressed about my physical health because of much under weight.. Im 20yr old but look like a 13yr old... I want to gain weight faster and effectively.. Ive so much things just to gain but didnt works.. help me pls... :-(

its hard i know, but deide on at leats 4-5 SET meals a day they can be abything so long as teir meals now as i know it the smaller meals the better koz all the blood doesnt rush to he stomach. so i ay think of three OR EVEN FOR ...MASSIVE... meals then divide them up by five or six and eat dem all between 7 am and 9 pm. if you have weights at home do the most CONVINENTLY heavy weight you canAS OFTEN AS YOU CAN... now mate , you only get married once do put this effort im for a while and back off later if yu want but you will have to start BIW its not mabylenne you wont see it tody and you wont see it tomoro but you will se it in 4 weeks. IF YOUR ADEMENT its what you waant. ps protein and carbs... ie, shit load a medium rare beeef and spaggeti... GGT IT

Hi dear, your case seems to be similar to mine. i was also 43 kg when i was 22 yrs old (engaged and about to be married in 6 months)and 165 cms. within 6 mths and just before my marriage i was 50 kgs. these things will really help you:
1. icecream banana shake (twice daily)- add one large scoop of vanilla ice cream and one banana with a quarter glass of milk. churn in mixie.
2. Eat dal daily and add one spoon of nutrella while boiling the dal. nutrella is a bye- product of soyabean and will be available in any general store.
3. in evening snacks, try to eat panner, either in the form of paneer pantha, paneer sandwich, or add some dry fruits and sugar and eat plain.
4. soak 8-10 almonds and munakka (larger form of raisin) in the night and eat them in the morning. try to eat munakka instead of raisins. and if possible mamra badaam instead of the regular badaam.
5. badaam halwa thrice in a week.
6. after meals, have one-two pieces of any sweet.
7. chocolates, but make sure that excessive intake of it doesn't affect your skin.
8. groundnuts and soyabeans. to make soyabeans tastier, put them in cooker, add little water and spices. take 2-3 whistles.
9. ensure that your bowel system is regular.
10. exercise in the morning. some simple stretching exercises.
11. yoga also helps
12. give more stress to protiens instead of fats.
13. just before 15-20 days of ur marriage, stop all these and intake lots and lots of fruits, to prvent acne/pimples

Am 24-year-old man, but looks like an 10th std boy still because of low weight and height around 43 kg and 152 cm. So i need a detailed suggestion to me help in this regard. I just want myself to be somewhat fat look an age-appropriate guy.
This is pauroosh.Weight 59kgs and 178cms height.My prob is..

Here I am telling about eat right: In morning(7:00am) Take sprouted gram, lentil and sya beans (aggregate=100gm.) 9:45am= 3-4 bananas 200ml-400ml milk 01:00pm= rice pulse lefy veg. salad 4:30pm=two boil potatos curd(150gm.)
8:30pm=Bread(roti) pulse(daal) salad
