IM 2O YEARS OLD. I'M 5'6 AT 115LBS. I HATE MY BODY SO MUCH. I TRY SO HARD TO EXCEPT IT BUT IT'S HARD WHEN ALL YOU HEAR IS "YOUR SO SKINNY","DO YOU EAT",AND BLAH BLAH BLAH. I HAVE HEARD EVERY SKINNY JOKE THERE IS. I TRY TO EAT 3 MEALS A DAY. BUT I SOMETIMES I DONT HAVE AN APPETITE IT GETS SO DEPRESSING. WHEN I TOOK A TRIP TO THE DOCTOR SHE TELLS ME THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH MY WEIGHT IM PERFECTLY FINE. I CAN BARELY FIT A SIZE 0 AND MY BONES LOOK GROSS STICKING OUT IN MY KNEES, ARMS AND CHEST. THATS NOT PERFECTLY FINE. IF I COULD JUST PICK UP A SIZE OR TWO, I WOULD BE PERFECTLY FINE.

Hi, I am not a doctor or an expert to suggest you some steps to put on weight i myself loged on to this site to get some help.Your depressive words just motivated me to write few lines .You can get 1000 ways to put on weight in you just type "Tips to put on weight" in google, but what i feel it takes more than that. First thing love the body that ur in and if you want to put on weight do it for yourself and not coz others are commenting abt it. 1)when you do it for yourself you will be commited.2) Enjoy the food that u eat only then u will put on weight the best way to just imagin yourself acheiving your goal. 3)Take someone's help,it will make a lot of difference. Hope this will be some help.
Hi, I am 26 year old female with height 157cm and weight 44kg. I am very skinny,no hipped and thin leg! Very flat and there is no cloth suiting me! I have a very good appetite but really hard to put on my weight. But if has increasing it doesn’t help me at all to look better because it only at my tummy. Everyone always complaining about my body and sometimes they made me down. Is there any idea to put on weight at certain part of body we need? Thank you.

First, what you need to do is to feel good abut yourself. Everything starts there. I'm now increasing my protein intake, taking multivitamins with iron and drinking appeton weight gain. I also work out. No matter you want to gain or lose weight, you should still eat a balanced diet. Try to avoid foods high in fat, and try to do crunches everyday. I was once vrey very thin, but I can say I have curves now. Just love yourself and everything will follow. You might feel stressed with what others tell you. Just think that they are worried about your heath as well. Try to consult a nutritionist as well. =)

hi, you have to add cheese, badham, dates and ghee in your diet. soak 10 badham and 5 to 6 dates in hot milk for 1 hr, grind it ( in 200 to 250 ml of milk) and drink before going to bed. it you do it continuously, you will gain weight. I did the same and my weight increased from 39 to 50 within 5 months. all the best

just love your body. eat healthy foods and exercise so it doesn't go to your tummy as fat. take multivitamins. I'm also trying appeton weight gain now.

if u r not particular about veg food, go and drink a raw egg daily in the morning. Home grown Hen's egg is better.

Hey, what state are you located. I know a doctor in washington dc who specializes in weight gain and loss. They give you these appetite stimulating pills that you take daily and they make you really hungry so you eat all the time. Nothing outrageous but they really work. You should check into if your ever in washington dc or close by.

Hi Mate, Even i was in same stage... 3 yrs back (age-24) i was 50kg only..now i'm 75kg.... I went for body buildin n ate Egg,Milk, Banana, curd etc in my regular diet..Avoid oil n igh calorie foods to hav fat free muscles... try this... ther is nothin impossible..
