SUPPLIMENTS ARE NOT ADVISABLE ,,CONCENTRATE ON CALORIE INTAKE, THEN SOME EXCERSISE THESE WIL BE HELPFULL IF U DO HEAVY EXERSISE

but i need to put on til augest.... suppliments along wit work out and a healthy diet isnt advisable??? any clue abt long term side effects???

You can take protein shakes or mass gainer and hit the gym or start workout at home , eat bananas , ghee(little not more ) , eggs , whey protein powder or soya protein powder ..good luck

Hi Abu; Don't worry about all this things. Go to gym daily and take boiled potatos at least 2 before going to gym.
