hi, im from hyderabad, 21 years old, have been working out for quite some time. under a personal trainer, taken all sorts or weight gainers and creatine as well.. but there seems to be no diffenence in the body except except for the first month whr i put on 5 kgs.ive acheived a proper tone in the body.
i put on weight from 55 to 61 and stagnant from then on i am 6feet tall i am an athlete and a basketball player..
