getting a call center job is not very tough, you just need to be very clear about your goal. aalso please go through some news papers to see how they write and how they use grammer in reporting. Clear pronounciation is what they look for and also a Neutral accent.
Befor going for an interview please go through your resume , specialy ur hobby section and try to answer all the questions you can frame by yourself. Be fluent confident and clear!!!

Hello Lady. Its important that you concentrate on a indian based company as most of the US, UK and australian call centers will have shift in the late night and the early hours. Since you are well worsed with the accounting skills there is a very good chanmge for you to get a call centre job as ther are many process out there for the account outsourcing like take for example i was having a team under me which was working ofr the US taxasion process from Nov to april in a year. Also there are many other organization which would liek to hirs accountants to see their billing and accouts on paper without actually having the currency try for GENPAT they have this process. for the accounts you can try Knoah in Hyderabad it also proveds very good package with for the people haveign exp in accounts
