Replies Not Appropriate

The reply to a question from a CA is not appropriate. The person answering the question doesn't know the complete job scenario in the BPO space. There are jobs available for CAs as well. You just need to explore the BPOs working in the financial domain. There are jobs available for the engineers and architects also. There are few BPOs working in highly specialized areas like architecture, pharmaceuticals etc. just to name a few.

The person answering the questions seems to know just about the voice operations and that to customer service and technology help desk.

BPO

The BPO industry streches across different domains - it seems here the advisor is only talking about call centres - which is just a part of BPO, but not to be confused with BPO in it's entirety. The answer to the CA's question was pretty ridiculous.
