I am graduate in arts and working in a pvt. firm as a data entry operator. Even though I have enough knowledge in the computer skills, I am not sure of spoken/written skills in english. May I turn my job to BPO industry? If need I can improve my language skills. What do I do? Please sugguest.
Hi Zia, I find that at present, BPO services in Banking, Financial and Insurance industry are confined only to the large scale international firms. Once the processes are properly defined and set to the advantage of both the parties, there is a strong potential for BPO in these areas for small scale operators. What is your view on these services?
