Hi Abha, you have done a good thing by providing the outline and format of how we can make a good CV that can catch the glare of the Interviewer's and Consultants. Thank you once again. I would recommend posting such useful sites regularly or atleast weekly.

The person's in India thinks that they are superior than anyone in this world.. They r like the frog which is living in the well.. They are getting degrees in a wrong way or those parents who has black money can provide good education to their children. This system must have to be avoided. When ever a person who is going abroad must have a valid International Driving License and also have thorough knowledge of 4-5 International languages. Thats why all malayali's are surviving in this world, because they are adaptive in every country's culture.. But they won't do the works they are doing in other places in kerala.. B coz.. as every Bengali's they are thinking that their intellectual level is high..look at the way of talking of Sujoy Biswas..
Dear Madam, This is satish reddy from India, but completed masters in MBA international business. I worked as marketing, Sales warehouse supervisor, & consultant in bangkok. I want to apply for a jobs in usa or europe. how is the employment there it is easy to get a job in usa or europe.I heard that to get a job in usa or europe for management guys its very difficult it seems, ie., correct. Wht is the process. how i have to approach the companies or consultants. if u explaing in detail.I will be very glad to you.
You should not mention nationality in your CV (unless specifically asked to do so). In fact, in the US, it is illegal for an employer to even ask your nationality/race/religion etc...
I believe adding up your objective in the CV is a good idea..bcoz these are just bigwords and does't mean anything.. for very senior position ..yes adding objective is good..but for entry level and middle level position .....i doubt that this can workout well
