You are right. The tournament should be platform for selection of Indian T20 team. Just see the statistics and choose the top indian players.

But why should Twenty20 be the platform.I disagree. Twenty20 is more of an entertainment. But definitely not the original cricket. Why cant the same thing be executed with Ranji Trophy where hell lot of politics being played. Why not the BCCI make Ranji Trophy as popular as Twenty20? Do you know that Laloo Prasad's son is the captain of Bihar state cricket team(under 19 some years back?)
its good that a underdeveloped state with poor economic infrastructure has won something. this should trigger some development atleast in cricket field.

good answer by rajiv pandey. Dudeman's opinion was some thing like the prize money will be used to develop cricket in Rajastan..Is it so?
First, during Chennai's batting, Dhoni sent Chamara Kapugedera ahead of Badrinath.
Second, he didn't plan well to have one of his two better bowlers (Ntini and Gony) for the last over. After half-way stage during Royals batting, it was becoming evident that match would go down to the wire.

Yeah I agree.. Dhoni's captaincy was like Sachin's ... lacking in control and totally dependent on his players.. ;-)

Hia iam really proud as CSK fan.yesterday they outplayed PUNJAB.Its because of Dhonis COOL and YUVARAJS gelous to dhoni.yes from initial onwards he want beat DHONI.he canot do even one time.yesterday he dont want tell even best wishes to chennai team.his heart is not good. we r chennai team is not strongest team we know may be we lose today but we make it tofinal and this year champions leque.
