Chennai will face hard challenges now
by nischal maniar on May 02, 2008 02:06 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Most of their big stars have gone... Mathew Hayden, Michael Hussey. Now it would be interesting to see how chennai performs. My money is on Rajasthan Royals ... they have the right combination of best bowler in shane warne, explosive batsmen like Graeme Smith, Shane Watson and Ravindra Jadeja.
Even Delhi Daredevils are strong contenders with sehwag and gambhir openers and mcgrath and mohd asif as frontline bowlers.
Rahul Dravid, Laxman, Ganguly are test captains they can't play like Rohit Sharma, Hayden, Hussey, Dhoni etc.

Accepted,

But pl note that Fleming, Morkel & Ntini will replace the guys who had left.

Dhoni & Raina are in superb touch...

Yes..Todays match will prove, who is No.1....

Dravid is slowly fitting to T 20. IPL will over when his team fits to T 20. All the best to Dravid and Team.

Lalcahand Rajput is a head-less coach, no individuality, just striving only for money and doesn't really have inspiring and authoritative ability

SRK doesn't deserve to be the superstar but it seems his stars are at right place. however I hate him. I wish his team loses all matches.

Yes, you are right at this juncture. Wait and watch over next 10 daya. With all those key players leaving, where MI, BRC are going to and where Chennai and Kolkatta will nd up! You may need to coin another set of rhyming words.

its really shocking to see crisis with sri sant as he is not a very good performaers, only the seniors of team harrashing him rudly, sri sant is a new generating performer,as per my view seniors should understand the needs of juniors.
