Dada has 2 more years to play cricket, he is the finest left hand batsmen for India,he has shown so many times,that he can win matches for India. After his comeback , he has prooved that he is better then Dravid & Laxman who are still in Indian Team.
I just dismiss this as a loose talk and a favorite passs time for the gossip mongers. Of course these are the batsmen that won many test matches for India for the last decade. these batsmen failed collectively for one or two recent series but this is not to justify that they are over hill. But the so called young brigade, Rohit Sharma, Suresh Raina, S Badrinath or comeback trials Mohd. Kaif or Yuvraj have failed to impress either by technique or temperament or patience to construct a long innings in test match situations by their performances in the recently concluded domestic trophy matches. I dont think these are the immediate replacements for greats like Tendulkar, Dravid, Laxman or Ganguly. I would rather have all of them for this Series and take any stand after the completion of the series.

kyu,Dada jub nahi khealta to use ICC use bahar kar deti hai,our Sachin lagatar flop jata hai tabhi ICC use kyu bahar nahi karti? Dada ne Desh ke liye kuch bhi nahi kiya, kiran More jo Dada ko batate hai, ki tum ub bahar ho jao kya unone Dada adhi bhi achi kheli hai?

jinko cricket ke bare main knowledge nahi hota wohi log ausa bol sakte hai. i know peoples level of thinking.aur dada is like phinix bird which never lost.
The politics in cricket is obvious in the omission of Ganguly.
If you talk about the performance of players compare the recent performance of Sachin, Dravid and Laxman.
Why everybody praise Sachin and scold Ganguly. What would be the reason except politics.
Sachin's fitness is too bad compare to Ganguly. Sachin's performance is comparitively low against Ganguly in the recent matches. Check the last 50 test average. Why no one say anything against him.
Dravid was called "wall". But in recent tests we had witnessed a collaped wall.
Laxman again not given chance to prove.
If the selectors decide to bring young bloods into the cricket then sack all senior players and allow youngsters to prove. If not do not target only ganguly.
I trust Ganguly's bat and ball will respond to the selectors.

YES MR RAJA, U R CORRECT!! ONLY POLITICS,, STUPID SELECTORS AT THE TIME OF S.POWER PRESIDENCY...HOPE THE GOVERNING BODY OF BCCI WILL LOOK TOWARDS DADA,, TENDULKAR MADE HIS CAREER B4 ONLY NOT IN RECENT PAST SERIES..
Definitely it's not the end for Dada, the Lion of Bengal. He will come back strongly once again like Jimmy Amarnath with full flow & form.
The selectors not only targets sourav & playing politics & sentiments especially in selecting sourav as for cricket is concerned. The same yardstick was applied to Jimmy during his days of cricket & also treated very badly & shabily on KAPIL THE EVER GREAT INDIA'S GREATEST ALL-ROUNDER EVER PRODUCED, who won many cups for our Nation.
Now the same Nation is selecting Kapil Baaji on Army also by keeping him in ELITE PANEL.
NEVER GIVE-UP DADA VERY CHEAPLY.
Going by the politics & petty plays, I think dada will announce voluntary retirement I think so.
Because V R very dis-heartened because of poor treatment to dada.
selectors are foolish.Because they have a no mind.GANGULY is a great player. he proved that in recent year.phir bhi dada ko out kar diya .ye selectors ki beimani hai kyonki Sachin ka performance Gangauly se bekar tha.phir bhi sachin team me hain aur ganguly nahi hain.kyonki sachin MUMBAI ke hain aur ganguli MUMBAI ke nahi hain.aur selectors mumbai ke hi jayja hain.

THICK BOLA TUmne, sale madarchood selectors sab baithe hain khujli karne ke liye>> gangully ki kiya performance kharab hai..far better then sachin & dravid. sachin ka kiya performance hai,, jo bona liyatha pehe le hi bonaliya...i expect the new governing body of BCCI will look aftr DADA,,,
everybody is saying dada should retire or sack. but y evrytime always targeted. sachin, rahul and laxman also has failed to deliver. y dey are not getting sack. we knw dat youngster has win odi series but wht abt the last odi match. we should remember that cricket is gamble whtever can b happen. dada also get sum respect. this thing im not saying bcoz im dada fan but as a cricket lover. evrybody should understand dat 1 day youngster will also older and senior.
