RE:b..astard dhoni

com'on yaar, dont be so condescending.....there's something about dhoni that makes his team win crucial games....i dont think that it can be attributed to luck alone...given that he has won T20,pak odi series, aus tri series and now on the verge of winning ipl...with ,what has to be said , pretty mediocre teams....

Chennai kings crush Kings X1 Punjab
by nathan on Jun 01, 2008 12:58 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Chennai bowlers displayed a commanding performance with Ntini taking 2 crucial wickets including that of key player marsh.

Gony, morkel and muralitharan also bowled brilliantly.

Punjab managed only 2 small partnership at the end that took their score to 112.

Shot selection and Running between the wickets for punjab was pathetic.

Chennai after losing vidyut early, got the match winning partnership from in form suresh Raina and parthiv patel, both getting unbeaten half centuries to guide their team to victory by a convincing 9 wkt margin.

Dhoni's good run as captain continues. He is mentally strong guy and believes only in winning and this inspires all team members to give their best

Chennai is fully prepared to upset rajasthan tomorrow.Let's wish that they will do it.
