This IPL is making Indian team a regional minded thinking .. like Yuvi being booed by partisan Mumbai crowd...shameful!!!!

Is IPL not dividing the Indian team...
Lalit modi IPL is shifting the loyality of Indians for the sake of money from Indian to loyality for the money!!!!
A typical Marwari mind who were always toeing the line of British against freedom fighter for the sake of money!!!
Have U ever heard any Marawari freedom fighter!!!
They are richest with least sacrifice whereas all those who laid down their lives for country are poor!!!!!! without corruption is it ever possible !!!!
It happens only in India!!!! shameful

look at soccer and grow up. ronaldo (portugese one) playing for man united is bood by fc lisbon fans. same happens to all others who earn their livelihoods in foreign clubs. there is no conflict. unless you create one. then why chatting here, join politics. u will shine.

marwaris are of vysya class that is they are born for making money - business class people. Actually they are lesser than kshatriyas and brahmanas.

They may be materially well off but knowledge wise very poor that's why they only accumulate money and they won't mingle with anybody.

Warne's Captaincy
by manish manchandya on Jun 01, 2008 10:52 AM  Permalink

I think all credit should be given to warne for the way in which he has led his team truly showing the importance of a Gud captain. Few years back when Warne was playing English County cricket he was made the captain of Hampshire who were complete losers and under his captaincy they went on to win the County Championships. I think if it were not for his off field actions he would have been made the captain of Australia

TODAYS FINALISTS
by rambo only on Jun 01, 2008 10:47 AM  Permalink

Leadership aspect has ben a big factor in Teams performance.

Hyderabad was touted as best team before commencement and they have ended at bottom.

Whereas , RR was suppposed to be weakest , but ended on top.

This enforces the theory that leadership and man-management skills do play significant role , as enumerated by Stephen Covey in -Seven Habbits of Highly Effective People
