I wonder how Mcgrath was playing in the IPL while going thru such a personal tragedy. It is only brave and courageous who can face like that. Accepting the life as it comes without much complaints.

As i know a bit of health care system in australia, insurance covers basic health treatment cost only, but to have an overall superior facilities, u still need to pay from your pockets. Though she was loved by the whole nation because of her fight against cancer and his husband's super sports star status, but all this got possible because this guy left no stone unturned to remain the best through out in his career just to have ample money for his family......one thing more,....australian cricketers dont earn as swiftly and much as indian players, cos there are other sports as well which are as famous as cricket..........

Heartfelt condolences to you and your family. And also appreciation for the grit you showed right through your sporting career while grappling with such personal anxiety. Hats off to you, Pidge. Hang in there.
Am amazing story of courage and bravery....our thoughts lie with Glenn and his two beautiful children.Let their lives take a turn for the better from here on....

there must be an end to this kind of crassness. one of the most insensitive bits of writing i have ever seen on any site.....senseless and warped mind that shows the quality of upbringing....shame on rediff, who allowed this message to be posted.......
condolence to Glenn Magrath and he has finally lost his personal life match and very sorry for him and let the Lord give him all the strength to overcome this huge loss at a very young age itself.
