Bring Shane Warne as a Coach. He will deifinitely infuse LIFE ,ENTUSIASM, CONFIDENCE ,PLANNING& IMPLEMENTATION in the team which is Sadly missed by the Team.
Instead of wasting your time to increase the number of tournaments only, try to upgrade conditions of the ground & infrastructure. BCCI has money-minded people only, noebody has time to think about poor show of indian cricket in overseas. dump out all the senior players & inject fresh blood into the team. If we are losing the games inspite of senior players in the team, we can afford the same with young blood. let them play...they will loose some games but alteast they will get the experience.

Dn't expct anything from BCCI. Tell subhash chandra of zee group who is hosting ICL he can gve better stadium wid world class infrastructure but BCCI is the hurdle.
