Dinesh and Parthiv - future?
by Arun Prasad on Jul 17, 2008 11:11 AM  Permalink

Both Dinesh and Parthiv have improved themselves, but that will not be enough to topple Dhoni. Unless Dhoni dig his own grave. They will remain as backup players. To get back into playing eleven, they have to bat exceptionally well when chances are given.

apparently parthiv was dropped due to poor keeping skills..his prowess with the bat was never in question..this article just keeps praising his batting conquests of late...what abt his wicketkeeping??that happens to be his primary job..we need a keepr who can bat..not the other way around..

I am sure you will find lots of cricketers in the team who come in and out like visitors. Parthiv is lot better that such players. Mention any test match in which Dhoni played well and won the game or saved the match for India.
