If Indioa can keep Jayasuriya down to less than 30 runs, they would have done a very good job....If we can contain Lanka to less than 275 in final, we will win this easily!!
Conversely, if we are batting first, a safe score would be more than 325.....nething less than 325 would make it a par score!!
I'am sure India will win this edition of the Asia cup and silence all doubting thomases...this match is also important from another point of view...psychological points scored over Lanka...of late, Sri Lanka have had the wood on us, so if we beat them convincingly, they would be a little nervous when they take on India in 3 tests and 5 ODIS in Lanka, starting in a week's time!! Important for us to win this one at any cost!!

In such a flat track, it is next to impossible to get jayasurya or sangakara out cheaply. Yesterday over hyped ishant was lucky to get both the wickets. If we bat first, we have more chance to lose the game, hence toss is important and also we should bowl first, considering the fact from previous matches where we chase 300 plus quite efficently. But having said that if SL post huge target around 325 then it will not be easy for us to chase it. still entir india batting depends upon shewag and gambhir. we donot have good and formidable middle order players who can assure victory after both he openers perish cheaply

chasing is diffuclt in finals. so bat first. pick 5 bowlers. get 320 minimum. get out jayasurya less than 30-40 and half job is done.

LET DRAVID, GANGULY & TENDULKAR WATCH THE MATCHES FROM THEIR HOMES. THEY ARE NOT EVEN REQUIRED IN THE GROULD AS SPECTATORS, FOR THEIR SHEER PRESENCE WOULD MAKE INDIA LOOSE.
