Prem,excellent article. Hope lot of these so called journos read it and especially ones making empty noises without understanding the issues involved. Aussies and its captain look like a bunch of retards who even to this day are unable to fathom the seriousness of their pathetic rhetoric and blatant lies and allegations. Their sytem (administrators, current and former players like Waugh, Border, McGrath et.al) has taught them to be in a constant state of denial-they are never wrong, they never sledge, they are not racist, they don't cheat, they never play against the spirit of the game. They tell everyone all other teams do it when in fact Aussies own exclusive rights to these. Its time for world cricket to show them their place and open their eyes about the pathetic levels they have gone to.

Who are you? dear panicker... all those guyz writing in Australia would be panicked by now... Very well articulated and very well described... Why dont you or rediff highlight the issue of rashid latif being banned for claiming a catch which he had not taken... ask any of the Indian channels to broadcast that match and the veridct of the match referee and compare it to the catch that ponting didnt take and claim and shamelessly he was shouting about his integrity(was Mike procter sleeping during this Match,a nd this guy gives a verdict on Racism while all these days asian subcontinents were at the recieving end. and steve waugh says that none of the teams other than Australia understands the culture of cricket in theior backyard. If that is a justification for their behaviour then why not take our point. Calling monkey in India is not a racist comment. then why did their criclketing nation Australia called it as racist. For us it was misbehaviour not racist. Then why did Symonds cried foul for that. Fact is Aussies are known to do this whenever they get scared of the players they cannot play. Remember they got rid of murali by calling him chucker now Harbhajan for calling him racist.
