give it back to Aussies
by Sameer Chandawat on Jan 06, 2008 02:45 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I believe that with so much happening around on & off the field, India shud curtail the Aussie tour n come back home.

India has been cheated from a well deserved win or atleast a definate draw, but this test was never to won by Aussies.

Moreover if the Racial Abuse verdict goes against bhajji which was never ever a controvery, then team India has no reason to be in Australia.

Ricky has his integrity shud never been doubted, wat a crap. Every1 has seen his integrity wen he had done that unsuccessful confident appeal gainst dhoni.

Moreover there were 5 umpires against the Indians, fifth 1 being Ponting.

i believe that the aussie's r the cheater's. they r not at all thinking that cricket is an Gentleman's game. they r playing for money only.
and the umpire's decision is rediculous . i think we ahve to raise an talk that by cheating game they don't get any thing. And the aussie team must be baned for further matches including one day's and test matches. they r big "Cheaters". The main Cheater "hero" is Pointing and Symonds...

Mr Jaffer , Yuraj and Miss Deepika

The same story repeats about the indian team " They are the best chokkers ......" The defeat of the Indian team was helped by the Gracious desisions of Mr Buckner. What about the tail enders who gifted their wickets to the Australian Part time spinners ...........ITS A SHAME ...........". I would have not criticized the tail enders if they had fialed to quality seam bowling ............but failing against spinners is a cardinal sin .........."

Miss deepika Padukone has distracted Yuraj FROM CRICKET and thats sure .and he is not looking best against the best side in test cricket.

Remember in LAGAAN, Bhuvan won the game because the umpires were neutral. Too bad real life is veen more depressing than that.

CHEATS
by lionel dsouza on Jan 06, 2008 02:43 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Congratulations to Australia for teaming up with Bucknor & Benson and cheatingly winning the match. Ponting, Symonds (Twice), Hussey (2nd Innings) were clearly out. In India's batting, Dravid & Ganguly were clearly not out. On top of that, the Aussies, the MAsters of cheating & sledging, cry like babies when they are given their own dose. Suddenly, Symonds is called a monkey - Is calling someone a monkey, Racism???? As a child, I was called a monkey, dog, donkey, etc. by friends - It was never racism. Because Australia practices racism, they find it racist. Guilt feelings???? I feel the ICC should start being tough with them. Ponting is no judge to give anyone out. What was the third umpire doing? Anyway, that third umpire was useless - remember, the Symonds stumping appeals (2 times). I would rather ask Team India to boycott the tour, if Harbhajan is penalised. Mcgrath had asked Sarwan in West Indies, how Lara was in bed. Sarwan asked Mcgrath to ask his wife. That made Mcgrath angry. The different sets of rules for the Aussies- basically Criminals as their lineage is, is getting clear now. SHAME ON YOU AUSTRALIA - MY 4 YEAR OLD SON IS BETTER BEHAVED AND MORE SPORTING THAN YOU ALL.

KANGAROOS PLAYING WITH 13 men

Earlier it was Pakistani team that played with 2 non-playing members in their team on the field. Now it's Ausies who have taken their place. Bad blow to Cricket

We should ask the two umpires how much were they paid for giving so many bad decisions against India? Mark Benson and Bucknor raised their fingers very soon on appeals by the Aussies, but when India appealed, they were blind & deaf.

Where do we go from here ?
by Raakesh on Jan 06, 2008 02:42 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

BCCI lodges a complaint like a crybaby with ICC. This will be interesting to find out where it goes from there. As a fan I'd like to see- Warnings to Umpires and Ricky Ponting also for aiding the poor umpiring decisions wilfully thus bringing disrepute to the game of cricket. From the team's side unless ICC comes back with a promising reply, like Inzy did back in England, Kumble should boycott the 3rd test completely.

Dissent! What Dissent?
by Ajoy Choudhuri on Jan 06, 2008 02:40 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Harbhajan, Saurav, may be the entire Indian team will charged for dissent and bringing disrepute to the game. What about Pontin's appeal for a catch, which he clearly grassed, what about Gilchrist catch taken of the pads and appealing successfully, what about Umpire Benson showing faith to a fielder, who apparently took a grassed catch, and not believing batsman attitude that the catch was doubtful? Allthese matters should be considered as Dissent and appropriate sanction should be imposed. But any body cares?

Umpire Benson had to ask Ponting because he had no choice as Steve Bucknor was sleeping at square leg and he had forgotten about third umpire exists for this match

hussey also twice given not out in the second innings.i think even mark benson, the english umpire was against the indian team apart from steve bucknor.just citing this example.benson gave hussey not out when playing back to a anil kumble delivery.the hawk eye showed it would have hit the stumps three quarters of the way up.sane benson gave rp singh out when playing well forward.the hawk eye showed the ball hardly clipping the top of the stumps.it was absolutely obvious that the umpires were against india.this was not erronous umpiring,it was a clear case of biased umpiring.the indian media should take this up.all cricketing ties with australia should be put on hold before the guilty are not punished.the australian media is going to favour australia.what can you expect from a country of cheats.and there is no need to say anything abt black bucknor.

why do u say that after all I have found Mr. Gavaskar to be a fair person he does comment on Indians when they are blundering and apart from that the catch that Clarke took and was clearly touched the ground and as per law says if the ball is grounded before the catch is completed a batsman is not out and what has Mr. Gavaskar got to be jealous of Ricky Ponting. Ponting is a cheat so is the whole of the australian team....If indians are penalised for excessive appealing so should be the Australians for the way appealed for a long time

I even dont like Gavaskar Very much. After viewing the Sydney Test you should come to know that Australians Lack Sporting attitude. Almost 10 decisions has gone against us in this Test match. Umpire is giving out on basis of Ricky ponting's Statement. If that is going to be the case Why we need an umpire. Ricky ponting is appealing for a catch by touching the ball on the ground. once Chanderpaul Said Australia can be beaten by any test teams if umpires remain neutral. Gavaskar abusing ponting is totally acceptable. I was a big fan of Australian Cricket team but not anymore.
