It is apparent that Ponting doesnt want to face Harbhajan for obvious reasons. Hence Ponting wants to ban Harbhajan. Like a true Aussie, he wants to succeed by hook or crook, which means he would like his tormentor to be ineligible to play.

Ricky is incapable of handling the spin of Harbhajan and so he started these indecent off the field tactics to get rid of him. nevertheless lets see what proofs they come up with!
How come India has never complained to the match referee when Aussies Sledge? (which they have been doing for years). I guess the devil is in the detail. You can sledge, but not based on race, religion, gender, colour, descent, or national or ethic origin? They are still sledging in this match, but are smart enough to not fall into the "race, religion, gender, colour, descent, or national or ethic origin" trap like poor Bajji!

Because they are the authors of sledging. Now there must be a ban on sledging.
Even if Bajji is exonerated by the board the Aussies hope the damage has been done by disrupting Team India's rhythm. This is probably going to be a new tactic in the Aussie playbook when things are not going their way. They can allege anything they want and get their opponents mind off the match. We can either pay them back in kind or better yet kick their a$$es anyway.
