If ur saying that Sachin Tendulkar should not be selected to play in T20 Matches, because he has bcome too Old, then Use the same Logic for Player's like Yuvraj Singh, Robin Uthappa, Irfan Pathan and MS Dhoni, these 4 should never play Test Matches in their Life, bcoz they are Misfit for Test Matches, Yuvraj Singh is playing from 6-7 years in Test Matches, but he has not proved himself, so he and Dhoni should be thorwn out of Test Matches forever.
It's always Performance and Quality that is Important than Age in Cricket.

Dude..Dhoni has given us the victory against SA in last test match by his shrewd bowling changes which was appreciated by Smith too..plz dont include him..His test record aint that bad ..coz he is just young..there is so much time to prove for him..

They are (or were) best in the format different from IPL T20. No one can ever deny that. But the fact of the life is that we need to move on.
Can you have a direcotr in your company whi is sitting there at the same role and for same job for 20 years. Probabaly 10-15 years back, he was an ASSET, now he is a LIABILITY, as he is getting finished with the enthu and dynamism and attitude needed to grow bing in the business. NOW you can not undermine the contribution of this guy, for what he did for the company, but you no for sure he is not the one you are looking forward to. If you have to comapre him with contemprories, he will fall short in the race (despite he was the best in business some years back). But now business has changed, and so the attitude and so as the legacy.
"Appreciate Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid, Bcoz they are the Best: we appreciate them for their past laurels, but they can not rest on their laurels for ever, and not for T20 for sure. They have played their glorius innings and in different era with different attitude. its TIME, PERIOD for them.
