its easy to know and play cricket, its tough to play other games, you need specific set of things which would be costlier. But for cricket even 3 people will be enough or even two. So Indians we comfortably select cricket for playing and watching. If you get involved in other sports its the same excitement you get or even more. So it is the problem of us that we dont play or follow other games as we do cricket. we give, so cricket earns all the money from us that is need to be spent on other games too. So its high time we select other games for our kids and make them interested in them, rather than shouting at these hopeless morons.
If one team can bat fluently and easily and the other fails miserably,than there is much more than meets the eye particulary when bowling is ordinary and a batting track to boost.Did someone say match fixing?Oh come on.Why the hell more money is desirable when IPL is waiting on the wings.
The great patriot Saurav has proved his worth and sent a slap on the face of BCCI rascals and his critisizers that he plays well when it is really needed. Now all stupids must shut up their mouths!

What Sachin could have done I do not understand. We have watched the Chennai test. What Sachin has done - getting out on a big ZERO. First of all why the hell Kumble had played when he is not fully fit. Why Pravin Kumar,a swing bowler was not included in the team. Cricket is a game of 11 players one 12th man and even Sachin would have played, there would not have been any difference. Our bowling is average, batting is pathetic and fielding is worse. How can you win matches.
The IPL has become a spoil sport in cricket. With lucrative money offers, no player is interested in playing for the country. Sehwag made 300 in first test and Dravid Made a 100 . Now they can continue for another 20 tests even if they are out on ZERO. Of course, Tendulkar and Kumble will play another 20 years even if they have no form i.e., Tendulkar can make 20 odd zeros and Kumble can be hit for six sixers in a over continuously for ten overs.
why this happened? The players did not play well. They weren't worried about this match, were complacent & all their concentration was with IPL launched by BCCI. So, Is the BCCI responsible? BCCI! yeah they are responsible. Wait a second. Do you think they would have tried to arrange this drama in some other country. "remember Gilchrists comment on the reception we showed to these entertainers(they aren't national leaders - no self sacrifice)". So its we who are responsible. Most of us blame the IPL. But how many of us would boycott it to teach these fellows who are making a mockery of us, a lesson. Say, if among 100 of us, 50 decide to boycott & 50 others will see an opportunity for free ticket. With this kind of mentality prevailing with us, things will never improve, let it be cricket, politics or research. I work with a govt research centre. When I entered with my frds(youngsters). They all started blaming the seniors for not having created the right environment. But, I see them gradually taking the positions(characters) of those persons whom they were blaming. So, its we who are to be blamed for the whole mess that is happening in this country. Its not enough with we just becoming true to what we do. We should also stand up to support others who stand for the truth/right. & when this happens, slowly all the weeds in this country will be thrown out. JAI HIND.

Seriously, I find people like u really funny. I would even go on to say, "i'm not proud(communal violence, rape, chicanery, corruption..) of my country". It hasn't produced that many quality people considering our population - 100 crores. This is my motherland & i'm debted to it (this is different). Don't be just emotional, put ur brain to think & stand for the right.

what do you say that you are not proud of the country. You try to be too intellectual and lose the basics. Its easy to say that you are not proud of the country and start doing same communal violence rape chichanery corruption by yourself, as other criminals do. All the criminals have strong reasons to say for that. If you are not proud of the country you cant be a good citizen of the country.
You dont have to keep on searching the 100 crore people for a good soul, good leader, good politician, search you and try to be one. Then India will be alright by itself. Please dont speak rubbish....
india should think about giving opportuinity to other proven performers in the ranji trophy. I feel this is a good team and will provide a break to key players like dhoni and others since we play a lot of cricket.

it was good of bhavik to drop jaffer, dhoni esp and to include most prolific scorer of domestic circuit chopra n parthiv (although they hv scored heavily in domestic ckt, they hv proven themselves in intnl ckt as well).

it was needed when ind got out in 20 overs. ind needed to bounce back in first inning in restricting sa much below 494/7. dont talk of bounce back in next test. then u vl say v vl bounce back in the next series against sa after 2 years.
Many things written, said and ............., but not a single word about Pathan's batting, 43 not out, is much bigger from a bowller than those of Sehwag, Dravid....

Any how you people have your mind set any how you wanna remove ane of them at any time. You will not see when sachin was not in form for long, sehwag was not in form, laxman not in form and the list goes on but they were playing and no body come up to say any of those unwanted people in the team but when just one or two times jaffer or zaheer or pathatn or not performing as at that time none of them performs so only the fingers raises on these very loyal players of the team. Who really plays for the country and not for their records as sachin & sehwag.
Guys, forget this test ASAP, it happens, its jst a game m8. things went wrong right from the onset wen kumble opted to bat knowing the fact that he would be batting on a green turf fr which he had an argument with the curator before the match. SO WHY BAT...cant explain wat he was thinking.. Indian team capsized to a absymal score not expected but happend.. Cricketers are human beings. we can make mistake in our offices . why cant they make mistake in their job.. HAVE ANY ANSWERs.. it just happend that the mistake was made by the entire team and not an individual. im grateful to GOD that tendulkar was not a part of the 2nd test. coz if he had failed peopl would have forgotten the other 10 failures and would have criticized him mercilessly.
Final words Forget the test match and move on. nobody has ever gained by remembering a bad day apart from noting down the reasons for the bad day....
