The problem is Team is winning ...no matter Dhoni is performing or not. so his own performance does not make any difference as long as team in winning under his captancy.

Shewag has once in a year form. abhi khela hai. ab dekho aage kya karta hai? I hope this is not as it usually happens and this form of his is here to stay. People accept it or not Dhoni has the leadership qualities and if supported well can be one of the best captains of India. Dada was great ofcourse and he started the legacy of being a daredevil captain. But he does not have the age on his side and today the ODI games need that agility and flexibility. So i wish he really gracefully exits this format of the game
For commercial reasons India is playing too many matches which is causing heavy burden and attrition of players specially the fast bowlers. Now that India has a large No of fast/medium fast bowlers it should follow a policy of rotation to give proper rest to them and ensure their preservation for a longer duration rather then just dump them with injuries.It is the duty of BCCI to evolve a pragmatic rotational policy even for the senior and aging players to help them remain fit and play for longer periods.
