I think Dhoni believes in Joginder than this guy himself. It was a big gamble to have him bowl the last overs in the semi and the final. We had some luck too - to be fair. I understand that Dhoni didnt have any other option too and it was only wise enough not to bowl Bhajji after this guy was pelted for 3 sixes in his over. Wonder what kind of experience bhajji is bringing in to such a crunch situation.?! one six in an over is acceptable - this being a T20 match. But three 6s??!! No brainer... cant even think?? Bowled FULL toss!!! Unacceptable... Someone like Yusuf playing in his first match bowled beautifully.
I would say Harbhajan's inability to bowl a fairly expensive over had ALMOST cost us the T20 cup. LET HIM KNOW THAT. Because I see him to be over rated player and he thinks he is unremovable. Surely an attitude problem. Can see it in his face.

exactly, bhajji is certainly overrated player, never performs well in pressure situation, lost the ability to take wickets and also he thinks he is the best spinner in india. I heard him telling he took loads of wickets in county and t-20 ,he was alomst a failure in county..and in t-20 you dont need to be a good bowler to take wickets...I prefer powar anyday as a spinner...

It was Bhajji the so called experienced bowler nearly lost the cup for India till Joginder regained it. Misbah-ul-Haq's shots are not as great as they appear! It was Bhajji's poor bowling! I guess all three that went over the ropes were full tosses. It is a shame that Bhajji with all his experience nearly lost the cup in a single over-otherwise India would have a convincing 25 around difference victory margin.
Bhajji's expressions are more aggressive than his feats!
Muralitharan rightly remarked about him "Indian society makes heroes out of even common average cricketers"
The media especially in India where cricket is concerned is well known to make Gods out of our cricketers whenever they shine and bring them down to the doldrums when they fail. I hope to God that their winning streak continues against the Aussies in the coming series else it won't take time for the same media to makes comments & observations like "Success has gone to their heads", "They all have swollen heads". For the media...one momenet u r a star the next u r a nobody

Media does not say that. People on rediff and similar message boards say it. I remember someone this message board irself saying that the final was fixed. Both the media and public have gone bananas, no two ways about it. First of all, we have not won the world cup. The media keeps saying that we have brought the world cup home. his was the T20 world cup and not your regular world cup held every 4 years. Playing in a T20 WC is different from a 50 overs per side WC. Also, the same media and public are asking for the big 3s heads. Come on! Which world are we living in.

to all Hindi living nationalist baffooons... Go and hold your Hindi ASS up in the air in Chennai aka MADras.... you will get f** there for your official language promotions :)
In Wankhede stadium, all politicians sitting there includinf BCCI officials talked in Marathi and English only....openly showing disrespect to the country ignoring the Hindi the official language as well as handing on the momneto to Dhoni with Jai Mhaarastra logo while there was no presence of India on it! It looked as if they ahd gone to play for Maharastra!
Our Dhoni gave very befitting reply on the face of all these third rate selectors and politicians like Maha CM and Sharad Powar, byt stating that I am an Indian and will always reply and speak in Hindi, you keep on asking question in marathi and english but as an Indian I will be reply only in Hindi. So high respect for the national language and feelings and same tiem a strong slap on the face of these regionalist creatures who are admnent to break India unity on any divisive level. Shameless people even hold the front seats!

Dear Friend,
Well said, I would like to tell you one more thing, that we are still not INDIANS, we are Marati, Bihari, Gujarathi, Kannadiga, Telugu, Tamilian, Malayali, I dont know when we realise that we are INDIANS. (when we are divided by zone, caste, religion, it is easy for the politicians to again rule us by dividing each other)because of these divisions only we were made slaves by Britishers and many others.
The show organized by the Sharad Power is nothing but a politically motivated one. Secondly he has to record his name as under his Presidentship of BCCI India has achieved the glory. It is an obivious decision to golrify himself.Because he has to show the ICL, I am the BOSS>
I do not who selected him for T20 matches. I do not think that he deserves to be there even in Ranji. His line and length was not upto the mark. In fact I thought we will definitely lose when he was given the last over. Lucky India and Lucky Joginder that we were able get 2 pakistani wickets.
Even against the match against Australia, he got wickets because of Australia was under pressure because all the earlier Indian bowlers restricted them.
Luck is in your favour, Joginder. I do not think it will last long.

Luck was in favor of Joginder, and more so with Dhoni. Lucky he, that he won the three tosses in a row, else no one knows what would have happened.

BEING lucky is no crime. This is not the first time this is happening. Do not see this as a major miracle. It can happen to anyone.

Get a life you dumbos, luck or no luck he has delivered in the final over of the last 2 matches and India has won the T20 cup. It would be stupid to say it was only luck and even if it is so be it. You guys are morons who donot loose an opportunity to pull anybody down.

You are right, what capacity she holds to meet cricketers..is that MP seat?.. then cricketers has to meet all 500 members.. are they?.. cheap politics!!!
While this all hoopla is going on with this win, everybody accolading Jharkhand boy Dhoni for his captaincy..I just wondered that in the Movie Chak De, the movie maker could not stop himself refraining from the bias of his attitude towards small towns, specially where in Chak De India movie the film director has potrayed Jharkhand in a negative form, just making mockery like any common person which makes fun of people from small places like Jharkhand Bihar Orissa MP etc. Now Dhoni has given him a befitting reply through his performance for the country as well as his thousand volt speech at Wankhede telling the world that how a small town boy is born to be superior than a metro. I hope the director of Chak De India must have felt his mistake and improves his character against regional bias onwards! Must understand India is one and every region is equal for it, equally important be it bihar Jharkhand or rajasthan of South India, and the real India still stays in these small towns and villages who are humiliated and left out in the present day of modernization and development, which occur only in selceted 8-10 cities of this country! Faster we realize to fill this gap, better woudl be for India. India needs to b united.
