It seeems wholly inconsistent within the ideology of organic Unity or Samagrata , that he has been expatiating ever since, According to him Pseudo -Secularists have been accusing him of Hindu jingoism and Fascism. Perhaps, my guess is that he is going to do some thing exceptionally outstanding just to get extra-ordinary attention in a state that is A cash Rich Domain...Unless he wishes to be seen as the Hindu Osma-Bin -laden.... You should be ashamed for this article ,why you want to make the cash rich cricketers more cash rich , because once they are successful but you dont know about future. No doubt about that it is nations pride winning world cup , but bcci has announced enought money for that . Why you want guj govt to waste money.??? Think before writing anything in rediff. ALREADY THERE NILESH, THE INDIAN MEDIA ITSELF IS A JUNGLE OF GOTS TRYING TO ATTACK THE ONLY LIONS IN ASIA.
There is no need to shower so much of tax payers' money on Team India.
It is not as if they have got home the Himalayan mountain. No body can dispute that Pakistan played very well and had that scoop shot from Misbah-ul-Haq landed just a few metres away or had Sreesanth failed to hold on to the catch, today would have been a different story
Agreed that Team India played very well and deserves kudos. But why shower money - and that too, tax payers' money, on somebody who is already rich. There are many other sports / sportspersons who are in crying need of money.
There are also millions of other poor people who could make do with so much of largesse
C'mon guys, give a break ! Let better sense prevail over so much of adulation

Mr. Modi is a sharpminded leader & may be announce later in any occations on celebraction victory in gujrat. In my view Mr. Modi must give bigger ammount then any announcement of states to each.
I really do not know whether players abroad get this kind of money when they win by their repsective govt. A normal indian slog so much to meet the ends and our hard earned money which we try to save by what not is thrown on these players. Its waste they are getting enough. Players are professional people and they are getting paid adequately. Nobody gives u extra money . because u are doing your job.
