Rediff needs to gets its fundamentals right. The country is plagued with issues rapes, diseases falling health system, female infanticides. Rediff please there are so many more important issues to be addressed. Its sad to see a big brand name like Rediff reducing to a dirty politician. Rediff is another political playground I'm sure they are planning to content the next election.
Can anybody with legal background tell me how to initiate legal proceddings against Rediff & Zore for propogating communal hatred??? Pls take this article off the site & spank the daylights out of this ZORE!!

HI If Modi does not give any money to players, how can u say its wrong? after all, they all going to get around 60Lakhs of rupees from the bcci itself...so it does not matter whether he gives anything from state goverment's funds...Its your (as well as rediff's)pathetic mentality to connect everything on communal lines.
its a good thing if he does not give any such 'donations' to these rich people!

HI for that matter, even tamilnadu (as for as i know) has not given any prize money to Dinesh karthik, and so can you blame him? after all, its the perogative of the respective goverments to give such prize money or not!
and if they dont, its all the more good, they can spend the money on some useful rural development activities!
Has rediff distributed any money to cricketers? Why the compulsion that everybody must announce cash reward when ICC and BCCI have already taken care of it? Half baked journalists and media is the biggest problem for our country. And mark my words, if at all Modi announces any reward to the cricketers, it will be from his own pocket, not from state exchequer. I request rediff to employ better journos!!

How can these chief ministers gave money! on what basis they are announcing these cash awards. Oky they are rep of people of state! For only above reason they cannot spent peoples money like this. I cong chief ministers of gujarat & tamilnadu for their stand

Mr. abhijeet singh, it is taxpayers money. In fact all other CMs should be shot dead for giving away that money to cricketers who are already rich
dont know why media is giving so much hype of this ??they are creating so much of issue.what went wrong?are these 2 player are without money or what?they can publish other things too.rediff is so much of worries, why they are paying both of them.
Why are we gettigninto politics..Its time to rejoice. Its not about Hindu or Muslim or something....An award to the state players who won the world cup for us would have been appriciated...Also this would have been politically correct..Modi couldnt have lost anything by declaring an award...
