How much money was paid when the hockey team had won the asia cup, Rediff needs to grow up in doing journalism. If the state is money crunched why the hell they should shell out money for something which is related to sport, If rediff is so excited then why don't give money to them. These governments tell they don't have money for this and that but for this they have always money. Its like spending people's money without asking them that whether its right to do or not. This is genuine crap, hats off to the creativity of the Prasanna Z, basically he is angry because he didn't get any money from any state.
I am really surprized by the article from Prassana Zore. Why the Hell Mr. Narendra Modi announce a reward for the Indian Team. If all the other Chief Ministers are idiots than it does'nt mean the everybody else becomes idiot.
I am unable to understand such hue & cry for winning 20-20 cricket cup. There are other games as well where our sportsmen had exhibited victory & brought Glory to the country, but nobday talks about them.
In fact we are mentally still slaves, getting jubliant only for the game of the British Raj.
Whether Mr. Modi should call Rediff for congratulating Indian Team. There are lot of good things, which do not appear in Media. Mr Modi might have congratulated Indian Team, but media has delibrately ignore the fact to creat an unwanted issue to take a fun of different illogic views of viewers.

please stop degrading each other .what rediff and the editor requires is his thread being well used and how else then by whipping communal frenzy.Hindustan na hindu ka hai naa musalman ka hai hum SAB ka hai.The Pathan bros play for the country not for gujrat maharashtra or for modis or pawars.
I think Modi's Decision is right.Players are Playing for BCCI(Not For BHARATH).For that they are getting paid well.Actully the governments not giving the money from their Pocket.This money is the tax paid by poor indians.So I am supporting Modi.The politians Playing cheap Politics.They are supporting Cricket players because cricket got public support.But they are not going to support Other games.
