Donot weap for Pathan Brothers
by Sunder Raj on Sep 26, 2007 03:11 PM  Permalink

Why Should Public money , tax payers money be given to multi crorepati players?

Narendra modi is right , by not announcing any award to Pathan brothers , by not following the other foolish governments path.

Pathan brothers are going to earn much more from endorsement of products , so Donot weap for them.

Narendra Modi ignores Team India stars
by sudarshan Ganapathy on Sep 26, 2007 03:11 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Dear Prasanna Zore,

Don't jump to conclusions and sensationalise small matters. What about the great champion of minority community Mr.M.Karunanidhi?. Even he has ignored Dinesh Kartik & Robin Singh?. Or is it because they do not belong to minority community and hence no reward. Why dont you put this also as a head line news.

Hi
correct. i think the columnist is afraid to drag the name of TN CM...its due to the foolish thinking of so called secular people, that in the name of secularism, they tend to become minorities themselves!

otherwise, such a kind of partial commentary
will not come out from those people.

Pl get your facts right 1st - then defent that idiot, who has nothing but self-serving interest. Call a spade a spade and give credit where it is due. Ploitics and sports should NEVER mix.

Well done Indai - well played- a deserving win.
Congrats to the hockey team too for the recent - deserving win.

Ps ......... Anyone know of an honest and clean politician ??!?!

Well, CM of Maharashtra Vilasrao declared some 1o lacs to Ajit Agarkar. Almost every one in this country wanted him out of the 20-20 team. Thanks to his absence, India won. Still CM showering him with cash!! Why no objection by rediff on that?

Ironically Irfan, who appears not to have caught Modi's fancy
by Saif Khan on Sep 26, 2007 03:09 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Dear frds,

Its really hurting that no reward has been announced by state goverment.

In my view there r some important points to be taken care of:
1. Game should not be mixed with politics.
2. Its not a matter of money as a reward while its appreciation of any player , who has done the best along with all the members of the team to win the ''WORLD CUP''.
3. Request to all fans not to allow our politician to take advantage of Game for their vote bank.
4. At the same time all the players must get appreciation along with some awards(if their respective Govt. wish)for morol boost up of other young players.

Any other Comments/suggetion pls !!!!!!!!

Regards,

Saif
