The King Khan facotr did the trick for the team. SRK was humble enough to decline any contribution as such. But "the Chakde" spirit did make a big difference. First the Asia Cup Hockey win and now the T20 World cup. The Team India depicted the true spirit of a National Team and not a team of individuals. Forgetting the trio would be a big mistake. They are still the best in the fray. Their dominance would certainly continue. The media is hopelessly unfair in thinking of/initiating the demise of the trio of Sachin, Saurav and Rahul.
great team work, fabulous attitude.........people who follow stats tournament had only one Indian batsman (gautam gambhir) and one blower (R.P Signh) in top list. Clearly states the great team effort. Lest translate this in the one day tournament against australia . GOOD LUCK
Heartiest Congratulations to MSD and his team.They have already shown that young India team is capable of winning without three senior players. I dont's any harm in playing Australia without senior players. In opinion, state govts should not give money to cricketers as BCCI has already given more than enough money. Prof. N.L. my heartiest congrats to dhoni & his young brigade. guru greg had emphasized on young talents, & taat time we critised him gor that.make guru greg the coach(as he is already in india)& sack vengsarkar immediatedly. he constantly insisted upon bombay lobby & therefore dravid did not get the team he wanted.untill & unless we get rid of this incompetent person(vengsarkar)dhoni will face the same problem.
