we have made it. The only disappointing thing was the captain of Pakistan making a comment, addressing al the muslims of the world. That was not sportive. Shame on them. We deserved the victory. We got it. Jai Hind! tpatil

You are absolutely right. Shoaib Malik's ridiculous statement marred the whole event. I just don't get it how people in this time and age can act behave like this. It was truly unsporting and I can't understand why anyone would make such an unnecessary comment. I understand him apologizing to his fans and telling them that they tried their best but why address all the muslims of the world. I guess he was taking a dig at the Pathan brothers. Whatever it was it left a bad taste after a great game of cricket.
Mr. Shoaib Malik - as Pakistan's captain you are bound to give many more words. Kindly choose your words in future. You obviously have an attitude which no one can change, but to uphold the spirit of the game, you can atleast not voice out your inanities.

This victory shows that there if u intend to do something and u work hard for it victory will surely follow you. Despite of absence of so called big names of Indian Cricket (RD, ST, SG) young boys have shown that it take will power to win and not the Big Names.
I saw today on the cricket field - one of the best displays of -"best team leader & best team work & great team spirit". Every CEO should ask his employees to watch this game. I want to con gratulate Mr. Vijay Mallaya also for being present there - he shared his good luck with the team. Mr. Vijay, (the Indian team;s lucky charm), I hope will be present at every cricket match in the future.
