its not about having great names in the team and losing all the finals but its team work that mattered the most...evryone palyed their game during the entire course of the tournament...three chears to the indian team..keep it up for the upcoming tournaments

We want records.. We dont want cup. without oldies we cant have records.. So please please take them in team india.. no problem if we loose matches but records are important..
on this stupendous occasion i would like to congratulate the young indian team for winning the world cup t20 and am extremely pleased in the manner in which they played their cricket they all were enjoying out there and that is what is required on the field, except for the last over in the final i never saw a tensed dhoni or his boys in any other situation, u have done it what the seniors could not do, keep it up and cherish the moment for ur entire life, well done boyz

I HAVE READ A LOT OF VIEWS AND THERE SEEMS SOME PEOPLE WANT TRIOS(SACHIN, GANGULY AND DRAVID) TO RETIRE AND SOME DONT
Indians are very emotional s when the team wins there are cheers and when there are losses there criticisms disregarding how well or bad we played
It true that that the trios have given there heart and soul and also in this process made a lot of money which is not bad thing
so question arises don't trios want keep on their performance and make scores for getting more endorsements WELL I WOULD PLAY BETTER TO MAKE MORE AND WHO WON´T
So the questions trios wont perform doesn't make any practical sense taking the above argument in to consideration
But seeing the spirit of TEAM INDIA i think trios should be rested for few series and lets see how this YOUNG INDIAN TEAM PERFORM regardless of whether they win or lose.
I am too old to remember my childhood but i certainly remember that i had crawl first before i could walk
Yes we might or might not lose but let see how this YOUNG India perform WITHOUT THE EXPERIENCE POLITICS OR RELIANCE (whatever you prefer to call it) of trios

well vikram stop being emotional though i dont wrong you especially when India could have win a few series if team spirit which shown in this world cup was present along with experience of trios YOU have made some good points may be be little out of proportion
But the main issue here can this young team handle and perform whenn trios are not there may be yes may be no that is yet to be seen
So let the trios rest for few series and see whether this young team can give the performance in same manner they have given at this cup that yet to be seen
well india be ready for some losses if you want to see these young players to built the next future team

Hi its time to cellebrate. On this occation i would like to remember one of our friend on this discussion board told that in one occation during the England series. I couldn't collect the words exactly but he replyed for a message from other friend on this board when he was telling that Dravid is going to bring the cup to India. And the otehr friend replyed that confidently Dravid ins not going to get the cup( I m not criticising Dravid) but Dhoni is going to get the cup to India. And now what happend u know................ any way three cheers to my friend n Indian team. Ratan

By the way, What Dhoni brought is a made up trophy from ICC. Even you and I could have represented India with Mr.Pawar's blessings as this is a checkmate to Kapil's ICL (Which is a real deal like NBA). No one can bring back the real world cup (50 overs/ 5 day tests) unless (or) otherwise ICC fixes those games in India's facor so that they will get lot of money. Mr.Pawar & Co are looting yours and my money in the name of cricket. Unless Cricket is devoid of politicians, we cannot see the real deal meaning a poor guy from village representing India.
