When Sourav Ganguly is present , why Board has choised Mr. Dhony as Indian Captain ? I think It is bolt from the blue to all cricket lover, Board should have stopped their politics about cricket.

because the bcci members are real chakka, they don't give chance to sourav ganguly as because he is not a good boy for bcci members as a captain.

You donot know A B C of Maharashtrian people.

Maharashtrian people never cooperate with each other. They can never never form any knid of lobby. Like crab , they love to pull legs of each other.
Nothing surprised , if they bypassed any maharshtrian player and selected relatively in-experienced Dhoni as captain.

Dhoni As captain is nothing new.
by Amit sharma on Sep 18, 2007 04:09 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Hi friends,

MAking Dhoni as captain of Indian team has come on expected lines. Moreover, if you look at Dhoni's batting during the last few matches you will find a linked similarity in Dhoni's batting & K. Srikants batting (both playing all the wrong shots). Now when Shrikant can be captain of India why cant Dhoni be captain of India. And Finally the result lets us hope it comes different from the one during shrikant captaincy against Pakistan.

All the best Dhoni.

why to select a captain for 3 ODIs ?
by nbd nbd on Sep 18, 2007 04:07 PM  Permalink

earlier we were seeing experiments in batting order and bowling slots.. now its new custom from BCCI.... experiments in Captainship...
if Dhoni fails in first 3 ODIs... make Yuvi captain for next 2 ODIs and if he also fails then make someone else for last 2 ODIs of series

GR8 GOING BCCI
