Those who are shouting foul from the roof tops, please understand! This is BCCIs subtle message to Sachin, Sourav, and Dravid to retire from One-day internationals to avoid captained by rookie Dhoni. Given these big names and their formidable statures BCCI is finding it difficult to ask them to retire at least from One-day international. These people are hanging around fro sponsorships. This is BCCIs method of taking retirement.

It is all secreat plan of anti national congress party and left and harama jada Karuna nidhi. They all wasting our and country's time to divert their failure in proving good govt.we all are seeming happy here in cities but villagrers are getting more poor and poor.so now the term of villagers to kick out anti social communal and anti national left, cong,DMK.
In any sphere or walk of life, grooming a youngster for leadership does not exisit in our mindset and social set up.
Let us talk about cricket. I have never seen (Sachin, Saurav, Dravid) taking feedbacks or involving vice-captain while they are on grounds, clearly tells that its the personality which works in India. Involving budding leaders in the decision making and making them believe that they belong there, makes a huge difference.
Mostly vice captain are fielded as sweeper cover or long on or long off. That's the pity. The insecurity cover in our mindset in general has lend us the situation where we have to directly put Dhoni under fire. He may succeed and best wishes for him. But the flip side of this is that he can be yet another Sehwag in the making.
Grroming for leadership does not mean making them leader straightaway.
We do not groom youngsters for potential leaders. This is a mindset defect. Otherwise, Dhoni could have been groomed with someone like Saurav/Sachin could have taken the lead and passed the batton over a period of few months.
I would have called that as playing for each other, playing for a cause and palying for the nation.
LET US WISH DHONI THAT THE LAG TIME FOR HIM TO PROVE HIMSELF AS LEADER IS NOT HUGE AND HE MAY BECOME THE LEADER INDIAN CRICKET LOVERS WANT IN REAL TERMS cheers

Absoultely correct. Some of the ppl here are really miserable, crying all the times.. Lets accept the fact that Change is the only thing which is constant
Give some body an oppurtunity.. in the first step he may fail.. keep faith in him, support him.. you may get a great Leader/ Performer
Dhoni is a good choice for Indian captain. I'm not his fan but I favour him because we can not think for only present matches we have to think for future. Therefore we should give chance to youngster, not like sachin (I'm fan of sachin), Ganguly and Dravid because they are best batsman for Indian and we can not give lot of pressure to them.
In present only dhoni is best and we should give him chance for few series, not only for 1-3 series.
Kya BCCI bhayi looooog aap, we need a person who can lead the team with experience and dignity not a MODEL, who plays very often. How can you people side look experienced people. It is good to encourage young people,Arrey we play on international stage kuch tho socha hoga.
Dhoni ji congrats but make sure to maintain your cool and best of luck.
Good Luck to Dhoni. He is young and he deserves the best. Hope he succeeds in the midst of all the dirty old poiticians like Pawar, Vengsarkar, Gavaskar, Raj Singh, Rungta, Shah, and other old dirt bags.

lol, i heard Gavaskar's bull commentary about Agarkar, while he was being hoisted right centre and through the middle of the ground by the kiwis.. "errr I think it is time for Agarkar to bring all his experience in to play and try to contain the Kiwiz" .. what bull experience..... Agarkar might have a good strike rate, still he has failed India on crucial occassions.. he is not fot to be even in a ranji team..
