Yes, You seem right. Its happening only due to our dirty politics... Now no one can help us...
BCCI wants a player as Captain who would be pliable ,, Dhoni is weak and would be pliable!!!!
See Dhoni in last match did not bowl Patahn and bowled Agarker .. just to plaese the BCCI lobby..His own game has become very average.. Indians for next 1000 years would be always political in approach...What a shame????? No pride for country!!!!

would you write the same had pathan been taken to the cleaners by NZ? You would've said why didn't he bowl someone else instead of pathan..

Cricket can never be a pride, can it be. BCCI is a pride its reached cricket board in the world. Money is most important thing in this age, nothing matters.
Wow! At last UPA has succeeded in implementing OBC reservation in the Indian cricket. The finesse with which they achieved this is mind boggling. Kudos to Secular Pawar and his ultimate boss Sonia for this gift to OBCs.

I agree this is a poor dicision but what it has to do with his belonging to OBC or etc.... Was Dravid made captain because he was from Bangalore. I think you are createing the line... Get lost.

Yes you are right, people like Gopal Krishna are like old ritual pandits spreading castism, like maulanas of lal masjid whose only aim is to spread injustice and hate peace. Gopal Krishna is a blot on humanity.

I think u donot know the definition of OBC its other Backward classes, u must have a annual income of less than RS 1 Lakh to qualify for it, u must be meeting the first criteria but u r frustrated u don't meet the second criteria to face little stiff competition to get selected in some third class Govt sector job. Second criteria is also met by Dravid, Tendulkar, Agarkar, Sehwag, Yuvraj Singh, Harbhajan Singh, RP Singh, Kumble etc.

I am not an OBC, but definetely you are an unsuccessful and failed non OBC and does not belong to non OBCs either.
Looking into the situation as of now it is presumed that the BCCI feels ashamed to call back Sourav, who is the only best Captain of India. It is already agreed by all the Cricket world intl'y. In my opinion Dravid should not comment on recruitment of his replacement and I think it is not the decision of the BCCI but the Ex-Captain, who himself run away from the Challange of the Forthcoming series with Aus & Pak. Last but not the least I feel M.S.Dhoni is not the right choice at this juncture which BCCI themselves knew. It has now become a political war. I am very much doubtfull that the most of the decision makers have ever played the game or having knowledge of cricket but they knew how to make wealth.

I agree with you. Dhoni is not a technical player. He is just hard hitter. Check is records on foreign pitch. So now Indian Cricket team start rapidly is rapidly moving to bottom end.

He may resign not becoz of media and fans. only becoz of 1.mumbai lobby and 2.ganguly divide and rule the rule policy
After Azher & Gungoli I do not thing we find any capable captain who can lead Indian team. The selectors are not eligible to select the right players to make very aggressive team.
We found selection committee members are very poor they lost their ability even Vingsarkar. They do not focussing on estate wise selected players.
I would very much like to ask the PM to interfere and do some thing for Indian cricket team, Day by day we are losing our image, the best cricketers like Kapil, Gavasker and Azher who made very good image in past.
