i regret to see the title to this article. this sentence (current title) quoted from a paragraph of his interview is preceded and followed by some other views of the interviewee which combined together only explains the intended expressions of the interviewee. this extracted title only conveys half-truth and propagates the unwanted expressions of Boarde on Ex-Indian Captain. Through out the interview, Boarde was appreciative of the role played by Dravid as Indian Captain. But, this title snowballs a unwanted and maligned-looking view of Boarde against Dravid. Media agencies like you (the rediff) must be in the forefront to propagate the truth, instead of prioritising sensationalism. There is no dearth of crooked people to do this job. Media should not forget its fundamental duty.

Will have to boycott rediff if they persist with yellow journalism of the worst type. Wake up rediff, before it is too late !
What sort of headlines is this? This is misguiding readers in first place. If this was to catch more eyeballs I am sorry to say this is cheap tactics used by Rediff. This is absolutely false and misleading.Pls place the headlines in a correct manner.
Guess, rediff has been payed by the Mumbai lobby for the misleading headline of this article to further sully Dravid's image just the way they have been sullying Amitabh through some nonsense artcile by some moron Shekhwat a few days back(again influenced by the SRK / Karan Johar lobby). Rediff, don't stoop so low to garner brownie points !
I am a journalist with the leading newspaper - All BCCI management praise Dravid - What for? Whats the record is in his captaincy? Do our BCCI knew that Dravid use to take his wife on BCCI expenses with him on every tour he went for as captain? Even she was with him for the worldcup. I covered worldcup - After net practise - he use to be in his room - he hardly have food with junior players. Do Chandu Borde knows that Dravid resign because he was drop out for 20-20 worldcup? It was his wish to play - but BCCI forced him to do so - When will BCCI let people know the truth of Indian cricket team - which is all run by INDIAN peoples money?

This is great stuff, but my dear journalist, why haven't you reported all this in whichever journal you represent? Why are you writing this now and that too in rediffmail? We have enough opportunist journalists also in our country like opportunist cricketers and cricket managers.

Because we need to have our job - If I write gainst Dravid or any player next time when my boss ask to take interview - players will refuse. We live in India and i guess everyone knows how India operates. How mny turth Indians want to listen on our national cricket team? Do you people know - Tht on Tendulkars birthday - He buys the whole on Midday newspaper to put story about him? When he bought new house - His PA ring us all to be at his home to interview him and write about his levish house?

Dear journalist, are you now not afraid of losing your job or displeasing your boss. By the way in which language you write in your journal? Your English is atrocious to say the least. You can write in the language you prefer, leave poor English. Whatever excuse you give now, sorry, if you have not reacted at the time with the truth, you are an OPPORTUNIST journo, that's all. And now please don't say these in rediff, if you have guts, write atleast some of these in your journal, let us know the name of thet journal and we shall gladly read it there, not here.

Mr. Vishwas Joshi is no journo - his language suggests that. If he is, he is not part of any leading Newspaper - they will never have biased and irrational people on their list. Must be some yellow journalist...

Mr Joshi,Dravid took his family on BCCI expense without BCCI knowing it your communication is faulty.I bet Dravid and family would not have done that How come you know whatBCCI does not know.Eating farting with juniors is not a criteria for grading a captain
Why do you distort interviews and put captions like this? It's cheap and displays a sense of insecurity and lack of confidence about yourself. Why do you want to survive and thrive on sensationalism by giving a wrong picture to the readers? You are adding your irresponsible opinions on the already pressure cooker situation. It's shameful!
Its quite interesting to note that people feel Mumbai lobby, but truth is there has been lots and lots of obby , Bengal - Dalmiya, Hyderabad- shivlal yadav, Karnataka dRAVID, pRASAD, Srinath ,Noel, Kumble and others , Most Selectors are from north so why blame poor marathis ?

Hello Sanjay !!!
"Poor Marathis" ....I don't think they poor ...we all know how the marathi looby worked against kapil dev ....Vengsarkar,Sunil Gavaskar, Ravi Shastri ... all did their best to show kapil in poor light ... Its a fact that except Sandeep Patil and Sachin , the others were more interested in individual records than the interest of the team ...

Please don't forget that our poor chap Dravid is a 100% Marathi and not a kannadiga.
If I were the head of the portal, I will fire the person who COINED the headline. The interviewee is talking on positive terms while the Headline is placed to create an issue. We expect such things from LIVE INDIA and not from REDIFF. SHAME ON YOU
