The main problem is that the media has fueled this situation. What the Aussies do is pass coments while the opposition is playing. The Indians think that by displaying boorish behavior by physical acts rather than oral comments is the appropriate response. As a result with the media adding fuel to the fire we have a situation which has gone out of control.

Hey South wind..... You cannot blow towards south against the media. If the media does not quote the situation then also you have problem, if they do then also problem. Think if media did not involve themselves, your bllod will not be hot to talk about this matter, you would have treated as a cold blooded creature.
The Australian must cahnge their mind set. All white had taken the black Africans as slave and they have in their blood and in their mindset that white is a superior race.
They have to change their mindset. Not only in games but in other spheres of life also they must change their attitude.
ICC is right in raising this issue but we should reply only when we get a catagorical assurance that they will be equally harsh if any other country will be involved irrespective of the coour of their skin.
ICC has a track record of not being consistant in their approach.
Remember what punishment was given to Shane Warne when he was found using band substance.
ICC should realise that we have netered in 21st century , a century that belongs to India and not America or Europe or Australia
Please ...Indian Media..please fight for our self respect. Our Spectetors are crude and rude may be...but certainly they did not mean racism. Symonds is singled out because of his fights with our cricketrs on field. Can somebody take reason and open ICC and Aussies eyes( if at all they are really closed)

You are right. Such a simple issue and this cannot be seen by the stupid ICC.
Im sure Aussie cricket players can see this and understand this but they are pretending that they cannot understand anything because of all the attention they are getting playing these "mind-games".
So now Aussies are feeling the Heat , what about Muthia Murlitharan , when the Aussie spectators where taunting and abuseing him. They where contantly teaseing him as "Chucker" . So now they are feeling bad , when it comes back to them. And this didnt stopped also , they abused him , on his every tour to Australia. Very self-centered and bad are these Aussies , cultureless people.

brainless idiot... chucker is a word which is used to describe the way the guy is bowling.. thats an appeal rather not abuse...
Monkey is something u call based on physical looks... if u refer dictionary it will tell u "ABUSE" means hurt ...
Dont justify the foolish things we do... whoever does it indian or australian or american... its wrong thats it !!!
Thr are thousands of indians who feel sorry for the behaviour of our countrymen... try to be like that.. shameless
If at all we are abused when we go there to aus.. then even they are shamless.. am not here to support aus.. am here to say we lacked humanity in the stadium

Aus culture 1.And of course you can't forget Ian Healy's legendary comment which was picked up by the Channel 9 microphones when Arjuna Ranatunga called for a runner on a particularly hot night during a one dayer in Sydney... "You don't get a runner for being an overweight, unfit, fat c**t!!!"
2.Yet another Australian witticism with this time Sri Lankan batsman Arjuna Ranatunga the victim. Shane Warne, trying to tempt the batsman out of his crease mused what it took to get the plump character to get out of his crease and drive. Wicketkeeper Ian Healy piped up, "Put a Mars Bar on a good length. That should do it."

Hello all....We are the sons and grand sons of Mahatma Gandhi. But we sould not show the other side of our face to get slapped. We should show them, if any body does bad to us we retaliate. Just saying Cricket is a Genteleman game will not do they have to behave as gentelmen, then we also express our gentelmenship to the entire world. We are always loosing our name and we have to bow always in all matter because of our bad politicians. Some body does not even Gulli danda, is ruling Cricket board.

RE:Why ponting is crying always
by JM on Oct 20, 2007 10:34 AM Permalink
Ponting is another whining twit MONKEY. He gives statements against Tendulkar-Dravid-Sourav that their presence will help his team win, he taunts Dhoni and challenges him to come in to bat earlier in the order, opines that Murali Karthik should have walked after nicking the delivery to keeper in the 7th ODI...etc etc.
Swears and curses Harbajan and every other batsman when they score a boundary, but when someone gives it back to him he cries and runs behind ICC and CA.
