My girlfriend lived there the first 22 years of her life, as a beautiful white girl. 3 hours out of Mumbai in the most affluent middle class area of Pune. And I went there. I am not exaggerating. Out of her and her 6 friends 5 of the 7 had been sexual abused in some way, 4 raped. There are some good people sure. But the majority, not the minority, the majority, are complete and utter filth. And worse yet, Mumbai is as good as India gets. 10 year old girls getting chased around in bangalore streets by groups of 25 year old looking men. The place is a conglomerate of trash, filth personified. Out and away is the only way, the place is lost, scorched urge and a purging by fire is but the only solution.

On the contrary, the amount of attention I received from Indian girls because I am white was embarassing. Her mother does love the attention she received their being a white woman though. At the outset, let me make it clear that I am ashamed of the spectators who behaved poorly. But, Ponting should know that Indians are very passionate about their team. It was Ponting who started playing mind games by saying that they preferred to play against the 'old guys', etc. The indian spectators are very knowledgable about the game and reacted. Also it is worth noting that Symonds had tiffs with almost all the indian players. So, there may be a problem with his behaviour. The spectators picked up on this and started targeting him. Please note that Symonds was not taunted in any of his previous visits to India.

I don't think there were any chants in Vadodra but he came out with a grand indea , provocated the people and now it is all over. If there was a racist chant in Vadodra and if he really cared about racism, he should have brought it to the notice of officials and not the media. I can't believe that there are a few Indians on this board entertaining the world throwin dirt at each other.
