there is a saying in our country, "what deed you do is what you deserve".... Aussies deserve this, no one raised this issue when they called Asians, particularly Srinath and Murali as gorillas....
Aussies should now know how they should behave while playing an international game. They can taunt our indian players and when they get taunted all the team members feel very upset and sad about it. Why? Aren't the other players human beings. Somebody should teach them discipline even on the field. They distracted our Indian team members with their stupid remarks and tauntings. When they got back atleast in one stadium, they are not able to digest it. Good that the whole members watching the game did not taunt that monkey symmonds. He should first try to respect others, which will get him all the respect he deserves.

They distracted our Indian Players and we got distracted ... you are talking as if Indians play chess on field ...why don't we distract them and win a series ???
Can anyone of you who has written in length condemning the crowd's act in Mumbai and relating it to racism, please let us know what is the relevance racism here? Where the hell does the color come into the picture here? If that was the case then we should have seen crowds booing Kenyan, Zim, WI ian players ??? Even though we may not like consistent performers of other countries against our team, but at the end of the day we used to applaud them. There are players for whom we have respect, like Lee,Kallis,Pollock,Akhtar,Sarwan,Bond,Gibbs,Andy flower to name a few. Unless and until any player tries to get smart with Indian public, showing disrespect / no respect to the crowd - its then the things starts to turn. And thats exactly what happening with some Aus players. I admit, they are great players and a tough team - but it doesnt give them the license to do and say whatever they want. Its only symonds, hayden and ponting who started off the war of words in the series. Even before the series started they had targeted Sreesanth and were trying to instigate him in ever-possible opportunity on of off the field. There were not even a single press conf where they hadnt told anything against him for the 1st 10 days of their tour here.

contd..
Its an open secret that Harbhajjan had to face their tongue music, a dirty one as he had acknowledged. So when a Sree or Bhajji reacts then it becomes an issue and even Indian media doesnt give them the support. As far as they[indian media] are concerned they are more interested in knowing what Aus media reports after each incident. I wonder why Indian media cant have a stand of their own and have an identity.
As for monkey gestures and booing are concerned - you have to blam only symonds to giving it the color of racism. how come it be a racist abuse, if you pose a monkey gesture or if you boo someone. By the way by no means I'm defending it. But the matter of the fact is symonds only invited these things by his on & off field behavior. And he has got a captain who will just add fuel to the fire.
One shameful thing which I heard on NDTV last night was when a reporter was talking on the comment made by M Kartik that he had infact nicked the ball. Reporter was more worried about how Aus media and players are going to take it ! I can only say to our media- pls grow up !

When I watch cricket that's in India and the camera shows the crowd I often think they look like monkeys. Hairy, dirty little children wearing loincloth clothes climbing trees and abandoned buildings to get a look at the stadium. They look exactly like a pack of monkeys, yet when I say it my girlfriend says I'm racist! It's stupid

What makes you think I don't understand the uneducated and ignorant perceptions of these boards? Come on, out with it, so I may rip apart whatever misguided penal colonial point you wish to make. Or just keep climbing trees if you wish.

Did u see one of that type on Discovery or did u see yourself today in the mirror ....
Yesterday i was available at Wankhede stadium during match. I don't know during live telecast certain movements were shown or not but let me make you aware of that.
1. When Harbajan and Uttapa were playing, Harbajan missed his edge on one of flipper of brad hogg on which hogg commented him something and harbajan gave him back answers. I don't know why this monkey - Symond standing at mid off region started sharing his words with Harbajan when there was no point of symond mediating in this matter. And then bhajji came to his place midoff region to face his eyes and 1st time i'seen symond moving back side, literally harbajan shown him bat.. Very nice answer by Harbajan
Another example of zaheer khan batting: when zaheer blocked one of fast pitched delivery of Lee. He got angry and abused him directly on his face, very closely. And we know what aussies commented for srisanth. Then zaheer gave him v. beautiful answer by hitting him for six on next ball. I think all rules and regulation are only for other countries not for aussies. And what they did with Agarkar when he got out on '0' for 5 cons. times in Australia. Anyways Symond's body language was totally wrong on field which was clearly visible. Where was ICC then??

Only recently indian team and spectators are now giving the taste of their own medicine to these racist ausies and english....but u slave mentality ppl will only be slave of white skin...thats why a white skin is rulin india still cos she has only one ability and thats white skin....

you are absolutely right. There is a tendency in our country to blindly follow the whites.Whatever they say is correct. But it is now high time for us to be tit for tat.
Also the comments are absolutely not racial.Media & Australia are creating hipe, which is not good. Indians will be facing similar sort of treatment when they go to Aus, as they & other asians have faced it previously
