Droping any one player is not a solution for defeat. Even we loose the match then who will be targeted? We have to accept that Australia is far superior than us in 50 over match and in that team same old guys are playing and still playing well. The same Dhoni scored Zero in both the matches we lost at WC then why is playing as a captain? Sae to YUVI.

Yes, drop Dravid and give'm some rest. So that he can rediscover his form. He is a perfect stroke player helping the team to survive in tuff situations

Its all okay but replace good for nothing kaif with yusuf pathan. Kaif has not proved himself even in gali cricket since he has been dropped
for the last 10 yrs the Aussies dominate the world of cricket no doubt, but they cant be compared to the deadly 1980's WI pack. Now aussies play against just average team while WI played against mighty English, Much better indians than now, Great Pakistan, and Crooked Australians. WI's batting never goes after 5th wicket and they didnt had to use a part time bowler also during their reign. So The comparison is ridiculous..

Much better Indians than now?? Haha, you must be joking.... Are you saying Madan Lal, Kirti Azad, Binny, Srikanth were better than RP, Irfan, Sehwag etc?? No way, that team had one great player in Kapil Dev and three other stalwarts in Mohinder, Vengy and Ravi... Gavaskar was a very average ODI player.... Also, aussie team in those days was Hughes, Yallop, Rodney hogg, Lawson, Hookes and they were pretty average... WI mainly faced competition from a good England team and a powerful Paki lineup...
This Australian team has decimated a very good Indian team, thrashed Lanka in the final, obliterated a strong SA team on numerous ocassions and has killed NZ and Pakistan on several ocassions..... England has been sytematically dealt with for more than a decade now...
No doubt in my mind that this Aussie team would have beaten that WI team....
As long as crores of cricket loving morons are there in India, these types of Flshes in the pan like 1983 World cup victory and the 2007 20T victory will be blown out of proportion by 1000 times
I am not an avid cricket fan. I came to know of this "sledging" recently. Why can't laws be enacted to ban sleding, along the lines of "doping", "Ragging" and "Eve teasing".

there is big money involved in the games and every one wants a piece of the pie by hook or crook !! Football is supposedly the worst game when it comes to words being exchanged and sledging in cricket is still considered to be in its infancy..
Our Winning team from the TT world cup should not have been changed...They were winning against the best and were backing each other very well.. the biggies should have "RESTED"!!!
