sledging and Gavin

very good article. but someone has asked if they hurt you very deeply by involving your mother, sister and wife?
NOOOOOOOOOO
in that case we don't keep quiet? we quitely report to the match referee and he will punish severly the repective person, so that he won't do that again

India is a country where moral values are taken on a very high note and anything coming into that path, we should take very seriously and see to it that total punishment is implemented on the misbehaving person

NOW I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST GAVIN ROBETSON THAT WHAT EVER THINGS YOU FURNISHED ARE NICE BUT PLEASE TELL ALL THESE THINGS TO POOR KANGAROO PLAYERS AS THEIR DAYS END.

Sledging the Aussies - Ganguly knows how!
by on Oct 10, 2007 02:04 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

The best tactitian to handle the Aussie battering was Ganguly. He would even walk in late for the toss having Steve Waugh perplexed. Our guys need to remember that we should do the unexpected to rattle them on the field. Ignore them when we are batting and guffaw when they bat playing a false stroke or hitting staraight to the fielder of a bad ball.Just break into peals of laughter and watch their faces. Never mind if they clout you for six next ball. Wait for the laughter opportunity. We should also deleberately miss our bowling mark in between and trudge back. They hate to lose so kill them softly - Sandy Menon

Wear a good quality "white noise headset" concealed under helmet. This should work.

I am not commenting on Dhoni. He has some time to learn all the tricks. But Ganguly was the first to take on the Aussies and bring about the grand Indian revival. Dravid unfortunately is too tame and well mannered and spoilt the great impression Ganguly made on the owrld. Then Greg Chappel came and worked like an undercover agent and played Ganguly against Darvid and destroyed our world cup ensuring the Aussies stay unconquered. We are a silly people tolerating that fellow to coach Rajastan. He should be garlanded with slippers and thrown in the desert. So continue being aggresive India and do not bother what a little known off spinner feels about it. These guys need our money when it comes to their income. Greg Chappel (chappal mar) is a living example of our 'Indian tolerance'!! - Sandy

NO TALENT IN INDIAN TEAM.........DONT TALK RUBBISH GAVIN...
by cebujonas on Oct 10, 2007 02:01 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Let us comapre with current aussies...

Ganguly - He can tune according to any situation much better than the 'type, predictable bat' of Gilcrist...

Tendulkar - Is Hyden better than Tendulkar, may be Hyden is in form...

Ponting - Is ponting better than Dravid Technically, what Ponting has is power of application

Micheal Clarke - Is he better than Yuvraj, Clarke is still a learner

Symonds - He and Dhoni both are depending on might other than technique

Badrinath - Haddin, yet to see both

Pathan - Hopes......Hopes is just luck

Harbhajan - Hogg...Hogg is rubbish..

Lee - Sreesanth ...I accept Lee is way ahead

Stuart Clarke - RP Singh, Clarke is more clinical when RP likes to strike at any moment

Nathan Bracken - Zaheer...Bracken is more wise...

Aussie bowlers have 30 percent upperhand

Only problem with India is attitude...

very nicely compiled cebu..but look at it as a team..
India - Australia....India delivers at times, more often doesn't..Australia has the most consistent record in the past few years and has performed(if not out performed) much better than India over an extended period of time.. so i guess u know who r better..

This is a superb and extraordinary article I had ever read. It applies to everywhere if you want to divert the attention of your rival then you can use this tactics meanwhile you can understand whether this tactics are applied on you. If applied then the solution is also given by Gavin.

Rocking!

moreover u need to know aussies are called convicts...so v have to treat them like a accused...not amuse them...tht shd do the trick

Talent plus Temperament equals Professionalism
by Ravi on Oct 10, 2007 01:57 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

This guy, whoever he is, has a couple of valid tips perhaps from the sports psychology text book. Of the two consistent world beating team; the West Indies team of 80's and the current Aussie team, why is the former team still respected and the latter one still the most hated one in the world cricket? Let other teams decide which of these 2 teams they would want to emulate to win games. BTW perhaps the Aussies don't know that these days even big money can decide the fate of the games. So cut the crap and just focus on the results.

Different Zones

In the movie "Shool" while referring to the villian, the main protagonist (Manoj Bajpai) says that He (The Villian) is also made of flesh & blood. If he is hit, he will wince in pain & bleed too.

Thats the point, the Aussies may have mastered Sledging but a good/sound performance backed by a word-for-a-word Chat woudl certainly rattle them. The point is that Indians should do what they do. If you observe the chat from their side is always from the person who is not in action. I mean, Symmonds doesnt talk while batting, he does while fielding. Clarke grins all the while like an imp while fielding, while batting he is focussing only on batting.

Sreesanth is absolutely right in giving back to the Aussies but he should do that NOT while he is bowling.

Nothing can substitute a Win, not even the satisfaction os sledging against the Champs which the Australian Team is, no doubts.
