Hey Amit Garg, Don't get offensive, I do respect the Sardar(which translates to Leaders) but then, everybody enjoy the jokes on them, including Sardars( I have lots of sardar friends, and most of them always start a joke with the punch line "There was a Sardar...").

When I pointed to that Sardarness, I never intended to any absurdness(which is obiviosly non-existent, and proved by the ecnomic progess of the people) related to whom wear head-scarf.

By Sardarness, Yes I do mean the nonsensical activities done by the portrait (loving S-BantaJi) in every joke.

Dont get dishearten by the word "Sardarness".

And why are you bringing religion in this. People like you are bad to the society, who always relate every thing to religion...

What a Great High Life...(sick)!!!

The Jew financed site Rediff is highlifgting this because..

The Jew financed site Rediff is highlighting this because its a muslim who dropped the catch. If it was a Ganguly or Tendulkar then Rediff would never have put this up.

And what about this Bhaaji,

If the catch was dropped by MSDhoni,
could he have the courage to even show his dis-appointment.

Just because, Washim is younger in the team and not sure of his position, any tom, dick and HARI start commenting like idiot.

Utter Sickness with the ball...

It's like we lost everything ...i didn't understand that why Harbhajan is giving excuses ..i think he forget in first ining he himself dropped the catch of Misbah...so why his crying somuch for that ?? this is match and it's happened always...i think Harbhajan is not the right person to face media.....

the catch that the sardar dropped was a hard one. could have gone either way - but jaffer's was a sitter. that's the point being made, and its the second innings...every run is going to make it that much harder to chase - that pressure is not there in the very first inning because the second team hasn't yet had a chance to respond with their batting.

Why is anybody in the team issuing press statements?
by Vipul on Nov 24, 2007 10:31 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Isn't the captain the spokesman? Why is Harbhajan who is not even a vice-captain, issuing statements? Isn't there a code of conduct? The captain should lay down the protocol. And for God's sake, BCCI should keep out.

Tt is usually performer of the day who speak to press.

As Harbhajan taken two wickets he has been given chance to that.

yesterday it was VVS laxman after he scored crucial fifty.

day before yesterday it was ganguly, who has taken cruscial wicket.

Understand the game forst, before pointing nonsense.

MR PAWAR IS DEMOCRATICALLY ELECTED PRESIDENT OF BCCI AND IT WOULD BE UNDEMOCRATIC TO REMOVE HIM FROM THAT POST. THIS IS ONLY ONE ASPECT.SECONDLY HE IS NOT A PART AND PARCEL OF SELECTION COMMITEE AND HE HAS NO CONTROL OVER WHO IS AND WHO IS NOT SELECTED.THIRDLY YOU HAVE APPEALED TO SONIAJI. WILL YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN AS TO HOW IS SHE RELATED TO THIS ISSUE? FOURTHLY MR PAWAR IS NOT FROM MUMBAI, HE IS FROM MAHARASHTRA.AND PL TELL ME HOW MANY MUMBAIKARS ARE THERE IN THE TEAM AND IF THEY ARE WORTHY OF ENTERING THE INDIAN TEAM SHOULD THEY BE KEPT OUT ONLY BECAUSE THEY ARE FROM MUMBAI?WHAT A GREAT LOGIC.WELL LET ME APPEAL SONIAJI TO PRAY GOD TO GIVE YOU LITTLE OF SPORTSMAN SPIRIT.

the dropped catch will make all the difference.
by biswa pal on Nov 24, 2007 09:58 PM  Permalink

misbah being dropped by wasim jaffer will cost india the match.had that catch been taken, pakistan's lower order would have been exposed.kumble and harbhajan were bowling really well at that moment.the dropped catch let the whole team down.that could well be the turning point of the match.now,it would require some great peformances from the batsmen to save india the blushes.but there is not much hope,as we know how the indian batsmen perform under pressure.
