I think the automatic choice for the test captaincy is now the Bengal tiger!!
With his aggression, his boundless courage and his risk taking ability, the Bengal Tiger should be the main guy in the reckoning... I'am so happy now..Indian cricket is in safe hands!!

Yes...that is the only way Indian Test Cricket wud survive....trust him to be the best bet for 1 year atleast....so one has a better brain and bigger courage than our TIGER GANGULY

Sreesanth will be the best Test Captain..
Sachin hav more commitments with Advt. He shud retire at this right time..Greedy Man. not allowin another batsman to comeup and stays like Old Lion without nails and tooth.
Make Dhoni as captain because it will not be a burden for him and he will do well, what all must do is be patient with him and the team this team will do well in the coming years that is sure.

You forgot : 1) Withstand pressure from the BCCI. 2) Withstand pressure from the other Senior players of the team. 3) Perform well with any team that the BCCI selects. 4) Do not question selectors, especially the Chief Selector. More so if he happens to be from Mumbai. 5) Accept the dicktats of the BCCI, even if you have always been a team man. 6) Accept that you could be dumped and performance is not a criteria. 7) Do not have any feelings of your own. 8) Have all the virtues of a good cricketer (like you have specified) and yet be controlled by non cricketing officials and players of yester years - some of them average or may be even less during their playing days.
